Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
  • Products such as serums, cleansers, facial kits, masks, scrubs, face washes, and talcum powders are non-returnable if opened due to hygiene concerns.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotions are not eligible for refunds.

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product sent).
  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you received a faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds
